The colorful Fluo Run – the non-competitive run/walk that lights up the city after sunset – will once again take place this year in the exceptional Green Jewel of Monza: starting from Viale Cavriga, 5 km immersed in one of the most evocative and largest parks walls of Europe, established way back in 1805.
American Pistachio Growers, the association representing American pistachio growers, thus promotes in the city the beneficial virtues of pistachios, their taste, quality and the positive effects they have on those who live an active lifestyle and want to keep fit with correct nutrition.
A practical and quick snack perfect for recharging after exercise, to always carry with you for those who love sport and adrenaline. In fact, California pistachios boast a very high nutritional density and are also a source of proteins, “good” fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals which promote the general well-being of the body. A daily portion of approximately 30 grams contains 49 pistachios and contains only 165 calories, with 7 grams of protein useful for the growth and maintenance of muscles after post-workout effort.
