Municipality of Latina – High school leaving exams starting: the Mayor’s letter to the students

Dear students,
today’s date is a date you won’t forget, no matter what happens. The final exam is not only the end of a long chapter of studies in which you will be able to demonstrate what you have learned in these years of studies, but also a significant threshold in your life which you have certainly reached with enthusiasm, but also with anxiety. and tension. Hold onto every feeling that will accompany you in today’s first test, as well as in the subsequent ones. The final exam is, in fact, an appointment that marks the rhythm of life and will open the doors to a new world to be built and in which you will be called several times to roll up your sleeves to demonstrate what you are worth.
Up to now you have faced lessons, tasks and tests with determination. You have done your best and you must be proud of it, so face the tests with serenity and confidence and remember that it is the path taken that determines your value, even more than the result you will obtain.
On behalf of the municipal administration that I represent, I extend good luck to you graduating seniors, as well as to the students who are currently taking their final state exams for lower secondary school. I would also like to thank your teachers and your families, who have supported and guided you along your path and to whom you owe part of the success you will undoubtedly have.

Come on guys!
Mayor
Matilde Celentano
