Threats and beatings to the ex-partner, in court – L’Aquila

AVEZZANO. For the judge there are sufficient elements to order the judgment. Yesterday morning as part of the proceedings against ADC39 year old born and resident in Avezzano, the judge of the preliminary hearings Daria Lombardi accepted the request of the public prosecutor, Maurizio Maria Cerrato, and set the date of the hearing for September. The man was charged with four different charges: threats, trespass, aggravated personal injury and aggravated private violence, for which he was allegedly responsible towards his ex-partner, with whom he had had a romantic relationship for a few months. The woman, assisted by lawyers Luca And Pasquale Motta of the Avezzano bar reported it last August, reporting that she had suffered mistreatment and beatings, forcing her to change her lifestyle habits for fear of new attacks. According to what was reconstructed by the prosecutor, the man had on several occasions forced a window of the victim’s apartment to enter her house without her consent in order to beat her, causing several physical injuries.
One episode in particular had forced the woman to seek treatment in the emergency room of the Avezzano hospital, when her attacker had smashed a ceramic plate on her head.
The last attack, which gave rise to the woman’s complaint, had taken place outside the home, while the victim was on the street. ADC had followed her in her car and forced her to get in. She then beat her and pushed her out of the vehicle.
Now the man, defended by the lawyer Andrea Tinarelliwill also have to answer for the aggravating circumstances and specific recidivism within five years. (ap)
