GROSSETO – High satisfaction on the part of the social councilor Sara Minozzi for the 2024 rental support announcement.
“I am thrilled to announce that the call was a huge success, receiving 45 applications in just three days. This demonstrates the effectiveness and importance of our intervention to support families in difficulty – states councilor Minozzi -. It should also be highlighted that the Municipality of Grosseto is one of the few municipalities that, since last year, has been offering rental support which supports families with a contribution equal to half of the rent, allowing them to pay 50% immediately of the same without having to wait for subsequent refunds. A system which on the one hand helps the tenant and on the other also reassures the owner of the property who immediately collects the rent.”
«The Municipality of Grosseto, this year too, has allocated 220 thousand euros to support the rental. Precious resources that will help over 100 families, with an ISEE of less than 15 thousand euros, to benefit from an immediate reduction.”
«To the rental support is added the usual rent contribution of 270 thousand euros, for which it will be possible to apply starting from September. Therefore, in total, the Municipality has allocated around 500 thousand euros to support families in difficulty. A significant commitment for our territory which the Administration supports exclusively with its own resources.”
