“Outgether”, the calendar of sporting activities in Marina di Ragusa, Ragusa Superiore, Ragusa Ibla and San Giacomo for the summer period, is back for the second edition. This year too, in fact, the Municipal Administration wants to regulate the use of public outdoor spaces by associations, individuals, sports clubs and bodies interested in promoting, planning and carrying out sporting and/or recreational activities in different locations indicated in the public notice of expression of interest.
This year too, the aim is to rationalize, schedule and publicize the proposed activities, with a view to a principle of subsidiarity, encouraging moments of social aggregation and greater use of the city’s public spaces, especially outdoors.
“Was – declares the sports councilor Simone Digrandi – my first idea as councilor a year ago: to create a truly particular calendar of outdoor sporting activities. Many proposals have arrived and for summer 2023 we have given a lot of space to everyone, from yoga in the morning to self-defence courses, from free body fitness to pilates, from crossfit training to dance therapy, from simultaneous chess to hockey in the square, from calisthenics to boxing to HIIT metabolic activity. Given the notable participation from companies and associations and the response from the public, I could only propose a second edition. We therefore await the many ideas and proposals this year too, remembering also that on 22 September, having joined the national day “La Repubblica del Movimento” of the Sport City Foundation, we will also have a great day of widespread activities, dedicated to the promotion of sport and of well-being”.
