The Ministry of Education and Merit has published the rankings relating to the tender for the new nursery school plan. Bagheria is also among the municipalities that will receive the funds amounting to 3,024,000 euros.
The Plan, provided for by interministerial decree no. 79 of 30 April 2024 and launched by the MIM with the public notice on 15 May, represents a step forward towards overcoming territorial and infrastructural gaps in children’s services.
The Plan invests 734.9 million euros, resources largely from national sources and additional to the PNRR. The call financed 838 interventions for a total of 845 beneficiary municipalities.
Great satisfaction on the part of the mayor of Bagheria, Filippo Maria Tripoli, which underlines how this financing can have a positive impact on the improvement of a increasingly necessary service for families and working parents,
The provision allows the signing of an agreement to be stipulated with the Ministry of Education and Merit to regulate the relationships between the parties for the implementation of the executive project which will concern the Xenophon plexus Girgent schooli for the redevelopment of the structure. A municipal nursery will be built for 126 children with infant, weaned and semi-weaned sections.
Tripoli thanked the Public Works and Planning offices directed by the manager John Lascari and the RUP, the sole person responsible for the procedure Lidia Cuffaro.
