In an attempt to put a stop to incivility, the mayor of Porticoesa municipality in the Vesuvian area, unmasked one of its fellow citizens via social media by publishing an unmistakable video.

In the images published on Facebook by Enzo Cuomo, first citizen of the municipality on the outskirts of Naples, it is possible to see a girl, filmed by security cameras installed on the city streets, in the company of her dog.
The animal does its business, but she doesn’t bother with picking up and cleaning, as dictated not only by civic sense, but also by a municipal ordinance.
Cuomo added a long post to the images: «Here she is, another champion of incivility! One of the citizens’ favorite sports is to ask for the installation of video surveillance to monitor a bit of everything, only to then complain when they are detected carrying out violations and crimes. An uncivilized woman in Via G.Amendola is caught on video accompanying her dog to do its business on the street, avoiding picking up its excrement as required by the union ordinance.
