ANCONA – From this weekend until September 30, the interchange parking lot will be operational in via Levi in Palombina with almost a hundred parking spaces for beachgoers. A free shuttle service will connect the parking lot to the beach. «This year we have activated a larger parking lot than in the past – explains the deputy mayor and councilor for Mobility, Giovanni Zinni – with a greater offer of parking spaces. In this way we avoid inconvenience to residents in the area, we facilitate beachgoers but above all we hope to avoid episodes of wild parking along the Flaminia which can also compromise the safety of road traffic. Therefore I invite citizens to use the interchange parking lot which will be active starting next weekend».

The shuttle service operates as follows:
• from the ex Aethra car park / Collemarino square / car park near the municipal stadium / Palasport car park / to the access points to the new Palombina beach
Service hours:
from 9am to 12.30pm and from 3pm to 7pm with runs every 30 minutes.
morning: 9.00 / 9.30 / 10.00 / 10.30 / 11.00 / 11.30 / 12.00 /12.30
afternoon: 3.00 pm / 3.30 pm / 4.00 pm / 4.30 pm / 5.00 pm / 5.30 pm / 6.00 pm / 6.30 pm / 7.00 pm
The service will be carried out on the following days:
June: 29, 30.
July: 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28.
August: 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,18
