ROVIGO –The on-call service QuiBUS Rovigo, launched last December 23rd by Busitalia Veneto (Passenger Hub Company of the FS Italiane Group), has achieved considerable success among users, with over 11,000 uses, confirming itself as an intelligent and sustainable mobility solution. Thanks to the collaboration with the Municipality of Rovigo and the Veneto Region, QuiBUS has revolutionized urban public transport, offering a flexible and efficient service.

To meet customer needs, until September 10th, the QuiBUS Rovigo is operational from Monday to Saturday in the municipal area of ​​Rovigo from 1.30 pm (instead of 3.30 pm) until 8.30 pm. This change allows an even greater number of travelers to benefit from the convenience and efficiency of QuiBUS Rovigo, during a wider period of the day. The promotional price of 0.50 euros (instead of 1.70 euros) has also been confirmed until funds last.

The service, available upon reservation, is operational on weekdays from Monday to Saturday in the municipal area of ​​Rovigo from 1.30 pm to 8.30 pm, covers urban stops and replaces, at the indicated time, urban lines 2, 3 , 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9/ and 12. To use QuiBUS Rovigo, a reservation is required, which can be made via the QuiBUS Veneto app (available on the Google Play Store and Apple Store) or on the toll-free number 800-184766, indicating the departure and destination stops, the time desired departure or arrival time and the number of passengers.

The QuiBUS platform checks timetables, bus and seat availability, immediately providing information on waiting times, departure stop and bus number. Through the app, the customer can monitor their booking from 30 minutes before departure and receive a reminder 20 minutes before. At the end of the trip, the customer has the opportunity to express an evaluation of the service, thus contributing to its continuous improvement.

To date, more than 2,600 travelers have rated the QuiBUS Rovigo service with an average rating of 4.7 on a scale of 1 to 5.
