Carteria Tassotti
Heir to the Remondini printing house – active in the area from 1657 to 1861 and considered by historians to be the most important in Europe at the time – Tassotti is also a publisher of photographic volumes of the Veneto, guides to the area and books on the Great War.
The importance of the local dimension is inherent in the DNA of the Company: always attentive and involved in initiatives of high cultural value and promotion of the Bassano area, it collaborates with Civic Museums and institutions, promoting exhibitions and events.
Among these, also the review Behind the music. General states of literature in Venetoscheduled at Villa Angaran San Giuseppe, from June 20th to 22nd.
This edition, in fact, investigates the value of the literary approach to music starting from the question: “why can Bob Dylan win the Nobel Prize for literature?”. The project is divided into several events: a three-day discussion between round tables, concerts, readings, guided immersive experiences and workshops which will involve some representatives of literature and the local music scene.
For the occasion
Carteria Tassottithe flagship store in Bassano del Grappa, has created some bookmarks* which will be distributed in stores from May. With all the books borrowed from the Civic Library or purchased from the Palazzo Roberti Bookshop, co-organizers of the event.
