“Civitavecchia is a case apart, marred by a whole series of anomalies”
Vittorio Petrelli, who with 5% of the votes of the Civitavecchia electorate was unable to enter the City Council, does not abandon his crusade against the civic uses that condition home ownership for many families in the port city.
Following the speech in the Regional Council by Dr Marcello Marian, President of the Regional Association of Agricultural Universities of Lazio, he sent him an open letter where he wanted to highlight an anomalous situation in Civitavecchia.
Petrelli, who signs himself as City Councilor awaiting the installation of the new Administration, also sends the letter to the Mayor Ernesto Tedesco and the Regional Councilor Giancarlo Righini for information.

Dear Dr. MARIAN
We read with interest your public intervention on the resolution of the Regional Council which was
approved on the land coinciding with the Tenuta delle Mortelle.In your speech you declare that “the only body to resolve these situations is the Commissioner for Civic Uses” this is true but in the situation of Civitavecchia there have been a series of anomalies and important developments such that the same Commissioner has officially invited , with specific report 23/2019, which I attach for your information, to resolve the issue administratively with the Region, Municipality and Agricultural University of Civitavecchia.
The element that led the Commissioner to take such a position was the discovery of the auctions
judicial (1827) which decreed its allodiality (and which did not emerge in the original case), acts which
