Another emergency was reported at 4.30pm by two boaters on board a dinghy about a mile and a half southeast of the port of San Vito Lo Capo, in difficulty due to strong gusts of wind and rough seas. The GC B36 dinghy intervened, intercepting the dinghy in difficulty and escorting it safely to the port.
