Great results for Vittorio Alfieri Asti at the Assoluto Challenge, a national competition held in Brescia over the weekend, valid for qualification for the Italian Absolute Championships. Filippo Iacocca finished the hammer throw competition in second place with a series of throws all over 60 meters and as best measure a 63.15, very close to his best performance of the year. The athlete, in his first year in the Promises category, is thus promoted to the National Championships at the end of June in La Spezia.
Also present was Andrea Allegretti, who finished in tenth place with 42.12 in the discus throw.
