Cagliari, the first “Elegance Competition for Vintage Cars” begins

The first “Elegance Competition for Vintage Cars” is underway, scheduled for Saturday 22 June at Palazzo Doglio. The event is organized by the Rotary Club of Cagliari with the patronage of the Municipality of Cagliari and the Aci – Automobile Club Cagliari, in collaboration with Aci Historic Cagliari, Associazione Automoto d’Epoca Sardinia, CAVS – (Con Alfano Veicoli Storici), Circolo Sardo Automobili d’Epoca – SCQ and Gruppo Old Cars Friends. The aim of the event is to raise funds which will be donated to enable the purchase of a mobile clinic equipped with a latest generation mammography and ultrasound system which will allow all women to be able to carry out screening tests absolutely free of charge, for this purpose the important initiative will take place in collaboration with the “Group Embrace a dream”. The program includes the concentration of historic vehicles starting from 1.30 pm with the relative check-in by the Crews, followed by the Parade of cars inside the Court at 4.00 pm, in front of the Jury and the public. The final catwalk and awards ceremony for the winners will then take place. At the end of the event, a reception will be held accompanied by live music. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire cars of absolute prestige and value selected for the occasion by the participating clubs. An event for all fans of vintage four-wheelers and not only that, absolutely not to be missed. It will be an opportunity for everyone to attend an event that will allow you to admire examples that have made the history of Italian and international motoring but at the same time will allow you to contribute to a charity project of the highest profile in the interest of the entire community.
