PESARO Recount of the ballot papers, the map of preferences and the composition of the city council. Everyone is holding their breath because the appointments of the council are awaited: 9 councilors who will free up as many places in the city council.
What changes
The first fact is that Tomas Nobili, president of CSV, the social center for volunteering, outgoing municipal councilor in the majority, is not in seventh place, but eighth. He had obtained the same votes as Letizia Rocchi, i.e. 210 and in the event of a tie the list order counts and Nobili was ahead. In the recount the pendulum swung to Rocchi who will therefore enter the city council. The councilorship of Riccardo Pozzi and Luca Pandolfi would trigger Stefano Cioppi. The situation is different in Enzo Belloni’s list where Mauro Mosconi has surpassed Giorgia Leonardi: but he will not enter the city council. Taking Enzo Belloni’s department for granted with Francesca Tommasoli, Massimiliano Santini would enter. But let’s see what happens. Mayor Andrea Biancani’s majority obtains 21 councillors, Marco Lanzi’s opposition 11.
Time to time
Former Prime Minister Marco Perugini highlights: «We await the mayor’s assessments and choices to give balance to the political acronyms that have achieved an excellent result and must be valorised with balance and proportion. All the elected people have received the proclamation act in these hours, now the mayor has 10 days to convene the Council and 10 days to schedule the first session. Within this period of time there will be appointments to the Council and subsequent subrogations. In a couple of weeks everything will be clear.”
The Democratic Party gets 10 councillors. The most voted are Daniele Vimini, Camilla Murgia, Andrea Nobili, Marco Perugini, Sara Mengucci, Maruska Palazzi, Luca Pagnoni Di Dario, Luca Pieri, Timoteo Tiberi, Monica Manenti. The civic list linked to Biancani Mayor gets 5 councilors: Riccado Pozzi, Luca Pandolfi, Riccardo Bernardi, Romina Dominici, Evelina Anniballi. The list A city in the Municipality gets 2 councilors: Enzo Belloni, Francesca Tommasoli. Forza Pesaro has a councillor: Mila Della Dora, while Alleanza Verdi Sinistra expresses Maria Rosa Conti. The M5S brings Francesca Frenquellucci, Il Faro Stefano Donini to the council. But be careful with the appointments of the council and subsidiaries such as Aspes, Pesaro Parcheggi or Marche Multiservizi where the municipal councilor would be incompatible. This way the first of the non-elected will be able to enter the council. In the running for the Democratic Party are Michele Gambini, Andrea Salvatori, Anna Maria Mattioli, Lorenzo Montesi. The department of Mila Della Dora would trigger Agostino Vastante.
Two civics excluded
If a Five Star Department (Frenquellucci) were recognized, Lorenzo Lugli would come in, while Adriana Fabbri would be in pole position for the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra. And pay attention to Il Faro which highlights its electoral data and the election of councilor Stefano Donini. The mayoral candidates Pia Perricci of the Lista venire Oltre and Fabrizio Oliva of Spazi liberi, who did not reach the 3% threshold, remain without councilors.
