The new coach, Paolo Zanetti, has been announced Verona work to build the team that will fight for survival again next season. He could say goodbye to the gialloblù Noslin (who could follow Baroni to Lazio), which is why Hellas is already moving to find a possible replacement. And the name at the top of the list is that of Ante Rebictoday at Besiktas but with an important past in Serie A, including at Verona.
The first time in Verona in 2015/16
Having moved to Turkey for free last summer, the Croatian could therefore return to Serie A after previous experiences with Fiorentina, Verona and Milan. In fact, he had already played with the Hellas shirt from January to June 2016 (on loan from the Viola), making 10 appearances in total but never managing to find the goal. He also remained without goals (apart from cup goals) in the last championship with Besiktas, who finished in 6th place with 56 points.
