COSENZA – The general director of the ASP of Cosenza (lead company for the recruitment of personnel Antonio Graziano, signed the resolution authorizing the hiring of 90 Professional Healthcare Collaborators Experts-Nurses to be allocated to the yearemergency territorial urgency of 118, especially in view of the next summer months: it’s about 80 temporary nurses selected from the ranking approved last April and of 10 permanent nurses selected through mobility procedure. A bit of oxygen for the health service “also awaiting the imminence of the summer period and the need to provide – we read in the resolution – for the hiring of 42 units, of which 1 permanent unit from the extra-regional mobility procedure and 32 for a fixed period by public notice to guarantee the efficiency of the emergency emergency system”.
Furthermore, in order to ensure the opening of new MSA1 stations (advanced rescue vehicles composed of at least one rescue technician and one nurse) “it is also necessary to proceed with the hiring of a further 48 units. Finally, the Asp of Cosenza highlighted that “following a check of the nursing staff with functional limitations at the various operational units, possibly to be relocated to other services” highlighted theimpossibility of providing service in the area during the emergency and recorded 92 units with functional limitations in the hospital area alone, as well as 52 units absent due to long illnesses or long-term expectations.
“Ultimately, as stated above, it is necessary to proceed with the hiring of 80 units of nursing staff with a full and permanent employment relationship as well as 10 units, also of nursing staff, on a permanent basis from the mobility procedure. LThe fixed-term staff ranking may be used for any replacements of absent staff.
