HISTORIC AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN CONFCOMMERCIO MOLFETTA AND THE PATRONAL HOLIDAYS COMMITTEE

On Wednesday 12 June 2024, an important and, in some ways, “historic” agreement was signed between Confcommercio and the Patronal Festivals Committee of the city of Molfetta, aimed at enhancing and promoting the traditional patron saint festivals in the area through a series of shared initiatives.

The agreement, in fact, provides for joint actions between the two bodies with the aim of enhance traditions and the related cultural heritage, ensuring adequate visibility and tourist attraction.

Furthermore, the agreement between Confcommercio and the Committee provides for a greater involvement of local businessesensuring the latter during holiday periods greater commercial opportunities.

Finally, an aspect not to be overlooked concerns sustainability and innovation: the so-called “sustainable practices” will be promoted to reduce the environmental impact of holidays. The two protagonists of the signed agreement, satisfied with the agreement reached, expressed themselves as follows:
