The conviction confirmed by the Supreme Court

End sentence never confirmed even for the two alleged instigators of the execution, Cataldo Marincola And Silvio Farao. The Supreme Court instead canceled the life sentence imposed on him Vincenzo Faraobrother-in-law of the victim, and of Francesco Cicino, described as a man who has always been close to the Novella family, an appeal process will be necessary for them again.
