A new meeting, which took place this morning in the Municipality, led to the following conclusion: the administration is ready to entrust the structures of the Franchi Stadium and Bertoni to Siena Fc. The parties have established that the Municipality of Siena will entrust the management of the two facilities to the Juventus club for one year, concluding the administrative process by the end of June. As confirmed by the sports councilor Lorenzo Loré, the Municipality will carry out the renovation works during the summer.
“The climate was calm and relaxed – comments Loré -. The works, as has already been said, require an investment of 350 thousand euros and this will lead to a new start. The choice of a duration of one year was shared by the parties and by the end of the year the tender for the multi-year concession of the two structures will be published. The choice to entrust Franchi and Bertoni to Siena for a year is motivated by the need to conclude the management process in the shortest possible time”.
Now, therefore, the new process will begin to repossess the home structures, which as Juventus sporting director Simone Guerri has stated several times in the past, will have to represent the basis for an even more solid and broader future on a structural level.
