ASTI A delegation from Shanghai municipal human resources and social security bureau (i.e. municipal office for human resources and social security) was received on an official visit in recent days by the mayor of Asti Maurizio Rasero. The main purpose of the meeting is to learn and exchange information on minimum wages, gaps in income distribution and control methods, standard levels of night shift allowances, determination mechanisms and considerations, and construction of three pillars of insurance systems against accidents at work, the experience of reform of the social security system and measures to respond to aging.
To this end, a meeting was organized in the Council room of the Province of Asti with the participation of the highest local representatives of INPS, INAIL and occupational medicine of the ASL At. During the important moment of discussion, the members of the Chinese delegation were provided with regulatory indications and the principles and foundations of the labor policies implemented regarding social security, safety and employment were illustrated.
Thanking the participants for the professionalism and availability with which the meeting was managed, Rasero underlined the importance of initiatives of this kind, based on sharing and exchange, which always represent the prerequisite for personal and professional enrichment.
