The Municipality of Pistoia has announced a selection process based on qualifications and examination to fill a full-time and fixed-term position for an administrative officer, in the area of officials and high qualifications. The highly specialized position will have a duration equal to the mayor’s mandate (article 110 of the D.Lgs. 267/2000). Specifically, a high standard of skills is required in the area of agency planning (including PIAO), public value indicators, strategic control, anti-corruption and transparency.
Candidates must possess the requirements stated in the announcement, including the old system degree (DL) or specialist degree (LS-DM 509/99) or master’s degree (LM-DM 270/04) or equivalent or equivalent qualifications; experience acquired in public administration with a subordinate employment contract gained in the profile of administrative officer or similar (officials and high qualifications area, former category D, former VII and former VIII functional qualification) for at least three years, even non-continuous, in matters relating to the administrative sector .
The notice is published on the Single Recruitment Portal reachable at https://www.inpa.gov.it and is also available on the online notice board of the Municipality of Pistoia and on the institution’s website.
The application for participation must be submitted electronically by July 18th through the “inPA” Portal, after the candidate has registered on the Portal https://www.inpa.gov.it.
Candidates admitted to the selection will have to undergo an individual interview with a technical-professional content with a commission. The oral test will be held on August 6th at 10am in the Sala del Gonfalone of the Town Hall and can continue the following day.
