After arriving in red and white at the end of September 2023 with the role of Sports Associate And responsible of the categories Minivolleyball, Under12 And Under13Giulia immediately fell perfectly into the role she played with I commit their duties, both covering on the one hand the role of organizer of everything concerning extra-field activities, such as camp, school project, search for sponsorsboth in terms of his direct presence in the gym, where he gave concrete help to the teams helping in training and coordinating its reference categories.
His year can be considered more than positive, so much so that he will continue his journey throughout the season 2024/2025in which he will not only maintain his role of Sports Associate linked to more bureaucratic occupations, but its management of the youth sector, of which it will be, will be expanded Sports Director all round.

How did this first year go in Legnano? “Right from the start I perceived a very familiar environment and I had confirmation of this as the season continued. I became very fond of this company, so much so that I decided to buy a house a few hundred meters from the gym. The end of the season with promotion to Serie A2 was truly the icing on the cake”
You will see your tasks expanded: “The major responsibilities that have been entrusted to me for next year, that of Sports Director of the entire youth sector, in addition to dealing with sponsors and the school project, have given me the right motivation and energy to be able to continue my path at Focol: the objective will be to be able to have all our youth categories in the championships of excellence over the years, a youth in which punctuality, education, respect for the rules towards coaches and teammates, in addition to improvement on the pitch, are essential in growth and training of a player”
A youth sector that will see Luciano Pedullà as Technical Director: “Luciano’s arrival will certainly be able to help me in this mission. I’ve never had Luciano as a coach but I’ve always played against him and each of his players has always told me a lot about them. In recent days we have already started working together and planning the next season. We will also work hard on the training of all coaches to ensure that our coaches can also improve in their career”
Among the activities already started last championship was the School Project: “As regards the project with schools, some local institutes will be involved where we will promote volleyball-related activities in third, fourth and fifth grades. I am already making contacts and drawing up a work plan for several weeks starting from October. We had already done this type of process last season, obtaining good recruiting results”
Off the pitch, the search for new partnerships and sponsors will also continue: “I will deal with it like this season, looking for new collaborations in order to be able to grow together in the area and find new fans who can once again accompany us towards the dream of Serie A… we succeeded this year and we all understood that it is an objective that we would like to travel and it is only postponed!”
