There are 57 of them projects admitted to financing from Agriculture Departmentrural development and environment of the Puglia Region as part of the “Program for the promotion of quality Apulian products and food education. Three-year period 2024-2025”. The funds, which will finance from 25% to half of the approved projects, will be used to support fairs, festivals, demonstrations and events to promote the agri-food tourism, local products, education and food information and, in general, the Puglia brand. The resources made available amount to 600 thousand euros, with an increase of 250 thousand euros.
“Once again, the Puglia Region is committed to the promotion and valorisation of agri-food products, through contributions that will make products certified with quality marks such as DOC, DOP, IGP and organic increasingly known, in Italy and abroad – declares the president of the IV Economic Development Commission, Francesco Paolicelli (PD) – .
