Nightmare morning for hundreds of passengers. They were supposed to reach Rome, but their flight was delayed for more than seven hours. It happened today, Friday 14 June, with Ryanair Palermo-Rome flight FR3947, causing serious inconvenience to the airline’s passengers. Passengers were forced to spend entire hours inside Palermo Punta Raisi airport, seeing their flight, initially scheduled for 7.25am, postponed only after 1pm. This disruption created considerable inconvenience for those wishing to reach the Capital. «However, thanks to the free assistance of ItaliaRimborso, passengers can obtain 250 euros as financial compensation» says the company that handled the refunds. It appears that the delay is due to problems with the airline, and the team believes that there are the conditions for the application of Community Regulation 261/2004.
