Outdoor readings return, Meta Fiere opens, theatrical shows, festivals and live music. These are just some of the events that will liven up Pescara and its surroundings over the weekend from 14th to 16th June. So let’s see what events to attend this weekend. FAIRS AND EVENTS. The biggest event to be held in Pescara this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, will be Meta Fiere 2024, a free national event linked to the world of emergencies.
PARTIES AND FESTIVALS. The festival in honor of the feast of San Pio returns to Cepagatti and the Musicians will also perform for the occasion.
A splendid party is planned in Scafa, in the Lavino park: Cuntafesta, a day full of events.
EXCURSIONS. New appointment with Spoltore hidden together with the pro loco on Sunday 16 June.
In Loreto Aprutino, however, it will be possible to walk in the lavender gardens inside the Lauretum park.
THEATER. On the occasion of blood donor day, the theater show W la scuola will be held at the Massimo theatre.
EXHIBITIONS. Spoltore’s June program includes a geopolitical exhibition in the social space in via Di Marzio from Friday to Sunday.
The personal exhibition of the young Sicilian artist Giuseppe Vassallo arrives in the Ceravento space: In a dream there was a white sphere.
A somewhat particular exhibition is that of Immersive Culture: in Pescara, in Spazio 010, it will be possible to admire the great artistic masterpieces and more, thanks to a viewer.
EVENTS FOR CHILDREN. In Cepagatti on Saturday 15 June in via Marche, on the corner of via Casella, Bimbi in festa will be held, with entertainment, readings and a snack.
At the Museum of the People of Abruzzo there will be Scatto Matto, an artistic workshop for children.
SPORT. The 17th edition of the Youth Sports Festival will be held at the Arca di Spoltore.
