CREMONA – «Our objective is essentially to provide a new and different awareness to consumers: what milk is worth, is irreplaceable and is good for you». Caesar Moneypresident of the Free Association of Cremona Farmers, thus illustrates the ‘mission’ of Milk Day, established globally by the FAO for 1 June and underway today in Cremona at the Stradivari hall of CremonaFiere.
An initiative organized by Libera Agricoltori itself together with the Catholic University, the Romeo and Enrica Invernizzi Foundation and the newspaper La Provincia. Moderated by the director of La Provincia, Paul Gualandristhe meeting will see the presidents speak Cesare Soldi (Free) e Antonio Boselli (Confagricoltura Lombardia), the Minister of Agriculture, Francesco Lollobrigida (on video), the vice president of the Senate, Gian Marco Centinaio (with a written message), the Lombard governor Attilio Fontana (on video) and the president of the provincial administration Mirko Paolo Gentlemen.
