Music
Among the musical proposals of the weekend, Friday 14 June the “City Belvedere” of Rimini is ready to be overwhelmed and transform the spaces of Piazzale Kennedy into a Romagna folk “dance hall”. The city, in fact, “dresses up” ready to put on its dancing shoes and welcome the “Liscio Street Parade”: an opportunity to celebrate the “melody of Romagna” and which will see a succession of artists, including Santa Balera, the Gen Z orchestra of Liscio, the rapper Word and Moreno Il Biondo and many others. All enhanced by the presence and movements of over 70 dancers belonging to the dance schools of Romagna.
On Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June a Catholic a new melody arrives: the Parco della Pace, in fact, will be overwhelmed by the sounds of “Rumore Adriatico” and the succession of artists and bands belonging to the Italian underground-indie, post-rock and electro-ambient circuit, for two days all It teaches music and artists “at km0”, i.e. with a “geographical base” on the Adriatic.
Appointment with music on the weekend of Misano Adriatico. In this regard, the dance floor of the Villa delle Rose is ready to welcome its dancing “guests” to spend a summer season together full of music, joy and in which only the fun will be “stopped” only by #SkyIsTheLimit. For the occasion, as well as gala evenings, the most renowned club in the panorama of night entertainment will rock until dawn with the music of Hugel, Samuele Sartini and Tanja Monies (Friday), Club Couture (Saturday), Vida Loca (every Sunday, from June), Life (every Tuesday, from July) and with the participation of artists belonging to the exceptional national and international music scene.

The green spaces of the Artists’ Park a Vergianoare ready to welcome the sounds of Rimini Classica on Sunday 16 June which for the occasion will entertain the participants on the notes of “Il cielo è semper blu”: an opportunity to spend time in the open air sign of fun.
Meetings & Events
The weekend of the town of Pennabilli It’s all about spectacularity. The ancient village, nestled among the green hills of Valmarecchia, canvas of local artists and “refuge” of the famous screenwriter and poet Tonino Guerra, constitutes the meeting place par excellence for the celebration and exhibition of the performing arts, through the “Artists in the Square” Festival. The event, starting from Thursday 12th and until Sunday 16th June, will transform the entire city center into an open-air theater, ready to enchant and entertain adults and children. Four days in which it will be possible to attend a succession of musical performances, theatrical performances, contemporary circus, puppet theatre, walking acts, clowning, juggling, workshops, installations and international performances that will “dress” the alleys and squares with joy and amazement and the gardens of the historic center through numerous participating international companies and multiple repeat performances. But that is not all. There will also be space within the Festival for craft markets, food stands, street food, concerts and DJ sets. “Since 1997, the International Festival of Performing Arts “Artisti in Piazza” has stood out as one of the most important street art festivals scheduled in Italy, attracting more and more audiences year after year, reaching around 40,000 attendees (average of latest editions). Over time it has evolved into a multidisciplinary festival, hosting all kinds of performing arts exhibited on the street. Each edition is characterized by national and international debuts.”
Moving away from the green and evocative landscapes of the hinterland and moving to Riminithe cultural and meeting spaces of the city continue their “im” on canvas. In fact, starting from Saturday 20 April and until Sunday 28 July, the cultural and meeting spaces of the city have been “invaded and animated ” from the multiple nuances and fantasies of the Drawing Biennale, an opportunity to undertake an “artistic journey” through images, exhibitions, meetings, conferences, performances, art talks and educational ateliers structured around drawing, to investigate its most intrinsic nuances and peculiarities .
But that is not all. Starting from Friday 15th and until Sunday 16th June, the creativity and craftsmanship of Wanderlust creative workshop are ready to “dress up” and overwhelm the green and airy setting of Piazza sull’Acqua with craftsmanship, food, workshops, music and traveling shows with the aim of describing craftsmanship in a modern key, connecting aware consumers to producers capable of creating unique pieces, all accompanied by creatives from all over Italy, spokespersons for Made in Italy craftsmanship.
Space in the city weekend even for the little ones. In fact, on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June the Fiabilandia amusement park is ready to transform its spaces into the “Fairy Tale Village”: two entire days dedicated to the world of fairy tales to celebrate the end of the school year. Young participants will be able to immerse themselves in wonderful enchanted worlds with surprising displays and the presence of the protagonists of the most beloved fairy tales: Ice Kingdom, Wonderland, Sword in the Stone, a giant shell from the Little Mermaid and much more; all immersed in the splendid setting of the Amusement Park in the name of fun and joy.
On Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June, the exhibition “Mattoncini a Bellaria-Igea Marina will invade the spaces of the Palazzo del Turismo: an opportunity for fans of the famous Danish bricks to spend time inside the exhibition area of over 50 meters and where (outside) adults and children who want to try their hand will also find space for a few hours in fun and original constructions.
The summer season of Viserba it is characterized by comedy and “laugh out loud”; starting from Friday 14 June Piazza Pascoli is ready to welcome the fun appointment with the “Sganassau” cabaret festival. For the occasion, on the evening of Friday 14 June we will laugh in the company of the ventriloquist Samuel Barletti and the artist’s bizarre characters.
Excursions and guided tours
To continue the year in the best way there is only one thing to do… Immerse yourself in beauty.
The spaces of the Queen’s Museum Catholic, on the occasion of European Days of Archaeology, starting from Friday 14th and until Sunday 16th June, will offer the opportunity to undertake and spend time or rather some guided tours (free) to discover the “hidden treasures” present within the museum spaces and kept away from curious glances of visitors; an itinerary, therefore, through which to understand and deepen themuseum conservation activities, but also the behind the scenes that “crowd” this suggestive sector. Excavation operators, research organisations, universities, museums and archaeological sites, laboratories, associations, archive centers and local communities are invited to organize innovative, original and interactive activities aimed at the general public.
Exhibitions
At the weekend there will also be plenty of space for beauty and artistic culture. There are numerous exhibitions in Rimini and its province to visit and admire.
TO Rimini, a permanent exhibition with the ambition of becoming for audiences all over the world, the place where they can encounter and rediscover the inimitable universe of Federico Fellini. “Fellini Museum” is, in fact, the largest museum project dedicated to the Rimini director who combines the poetry of Fellini’s cinema with the most innovative technologies and urban planning choices. A museum spread over three spaces: CastelSismondo, Piazza Malatesta, the large urban area with green areas, arenas for shows, artistic installations such as the Bosco dei nome and the Palazzo del Fulgor, where the cinema is located on the ground floor, while the floors the upper floors are spaces dedicated to information, study and research with the digital archive, the room of words, the Cinemino, the Convivio, while other Fellini-esque visions take place on the third floor. A Museum of the imaginary that interprets the director’s cinema not as a finished work in itself, but as the key to “everything is imagined”.
But that’s not all, as the “Lilian the Fighter” exhibition will be on display in the city starting from Friday 2 February at the Palazzo del Fulgor: a careful selection of around 30 drawings from the collection of the writer and screenwriter Liliana Betti, as well as historical collaborator of Maestro Fellini. A long professional and human partnership linked the two artists for over twenty years. Capable of dealing with Fellini’s “particular” character, Lilian the Fighteras the famous director affectionately calls her, Liliana Betti contributed to the birth of 8 ½, Juliet of the spirits, Toby Dammit, The Casanova by Federico Fellini up to The city of womenwhich sees her for the last time on the set with Maestro Fellini in 1980. Most of the drawings are sketches probably made on the set, in the breaks between one take and another, with comics and joking writings that express sympathy, confidence , affection and esteem and offer a vision not only of the world of Fellini’s private affections, but also of the great importance that drawing had in his creative process.
In response to the artistic offer of the neighboring city, in the spaces of Villa Francheschi a Riccione starting from Saturday 20 April the exhibition spaces of Villa Mussolini are ready to welcome the 92 shots of “Vivian Maier”: an exhibition through which to celebrate the talented American photographer and exponent of street photographywho spent his entire (artistic) existence in total anonymity until shortly before his death (2007).
Moving inland, starting from Saturday 6 April the spaces of the ProLoco Hall “Ex Asylum Don Matteo del Monte” in the town of Mount Colombo, through the shots “Tracce di Memoria” are ready to “show off” the peasant traditions of the Valconca of the 1950s. A succession of shots (over 50) in which some local young people are depicted “on board” allegorical floats during the Grape Festivals of the time in the surrounding towns. And again, depictions of young girls, ambassadors of local products, such as grapes and wine. The exhibition, however, also constitutes an opportunity to reflect on the process of women’s emancipation, as well as a prelude to the movements of the 1960s and at the same time on the battles for obtaining certain rights, such as pensions for workers in the Earth.
