Superbonus, half a million euros (from the Pnrr) to renovate houses in Guidonia or Tarzo: the list of financed works

Pnrr funds to cover the renovation costs, via Superbonus, of villas and apartments. The controversy opens over the list of works financed with the common EU debt, after the list of financed interventions published by the Ministry of the Environment. The figure is impressive: 60,755 interventions for a total of 13.726 billion euros paid to European coffers. In detail, 6.5 billion were allocated to the renovation of 46,922 villas and 7.19 billion for the renovation of 13,833 condominiums. For the first category there are three most surprising cases: one villa in Guidonia Montecelio, on the outskirts of Rome which received 426,969.22 euros with the Superbonus. While 400,410.24 euros instead reached the owner of a single-family home in Tarzo, in the province of Treviso. Without forgetting the villa in Torre del Greco, in the province of Naples, where the cost of energy requalification was covered with 389,429 euros. Here, the complete list of funded works.

At the Marilleva residence the record for Superbonus spending: 38.9 million

However, the Pnrr funds also reached the large condominiums. Among these the business daily reports the Marilleva residence, in the municipality of Mezzana in the province of Trento «which obtained the record sum of 38,825,882.2 euros». With the Plan’s subsidies, 13,833 condominium renovations were financed for 7.2 billion. With the North boasting 60.1% of the jobs. In Lombardy, for example, more than one condominium received 495 thousand euros for the works.

The weight of the Superbonus on public accounts

The connection between Pnrr funds and Superbonus is linked to a 2021 decision by the Draghi government to avoid burdening public accounts by creating additional debt. In fact, we remind you that in May 2024 the cost of the Superbonus has risen again. Based on Enea data, there is a slight increase in deductions accrued for the 110% Superbonus: the burden borne by the State for the completed works rose to 122.731 billion from 122.643 billion in April. The total investments eligible for deduction is 117.709 billion and the total investments for completed works eligible for deduction is 112.127 billion (95.3%).

Eight castles benefited from the Superbonus: 1 billion in deductions

The total number of buildings is 495,717. The condominium construction sites that weigh on state coffers are 133,401 for a total investment eligible for deduction of 78.48 billion while the construction sites for single-family buildings reached 244,952 for a total investment to be deducted of 27.924 billion. The construction sites of independent real estate units, the villas, reached 117,356 for a total investment eligible for deduction of 11.3 billion, which is worth approximately 9.6% of the total. The works completed represent 98.2%. There remain 8 castles that benefited from the Superbonus for a value of 1.082 billion eligible for deduction.
