Vinocromia and solidarity with Ladies’ Circle 3

A charity event organized by the women’s club Ladies’ Cicle 3 Cesena allowed the young participants to donate 435 euros to the Il Barco association, and at the same time to learn about “Vinocromia. What color do you drink?”. A journey between wine and colors to discover the nuances of color harmony and find the wine that best matches your palette, i.e. the most enhancing colors for each type of person, in this case the color harmony artist and image consultant Elisabetta Manuzzi has guided those present to discover the main characteristics and nuances of the four seasons. With each palette of colour, a wine was then served and tasted, offered by the hostess Roberta Basile and “told” by the sommelier Camilla Davi who described the perfect pairing of each wine with the seasons. Camilla Davi, president of the Ladies’ Circle association, 28 years old, freshly graduated sommelier from the complete three-year course from the AIS (Italian Sommelier Association of Cesena) has a great passion for wine which will soon lead her to dedicate herself to quality viticulture on an estate on the hills of Cesena and to continue to support the activity of Barco, Emporio Solidale, a social project to combat poverty, with attractive initiatives.
