Florence, 13 June 2024 – There are just a few days left until the summer solstice, an event of great importance for the ALS community around the world because 21 June also marks the World ALS Day. There Florentine provincial section of Aisla will celebrate the arrival of this day on the evening of June 20th with the now traditional gala evening at Villa Chellini, in via Grecchi 34, to raise funds to support the many aid and relief projects for people affected by ALS and their families. The event is also a pleasant opportunity to meet up with members and friends of Aisla Firenze in a beautiful setting, in the garden of Villa Chellini a stone’s throw from Poggio Imperiale in Florence, made available by Mrs. Chellini, a member for many years. Not a simple gala evening, but a truly significant moment for the ALS community and for solidarity. After the welcome aperitif at 7.30pm, participants will be able to enjoy a sit-down dinner at 8pm, moments of musical entertainment and the final draw of many prizes. For info and reservations: [email protected]. Reservation is mandatory, the cost per person is 50 euros for adults and 20 euros for children up to 12 years old.
