Anyone who wonders how many hunters there are in Emilia Romagna will find the answer in the resolution that contains the 2024/2025 hunting calendar.
The trend is clear even in one of the regions that had historically held up the mostEmilia Romagna: anyone who wonders how many hunters are resident in its territory can easily find the answer in the resolution with which the council approved the 2024/2025 calendar.
In the part where the articulation is motivated in fact, we read that in 2023 the regional offices issued 27,363 cards, 4.4% less than the 28,616 in 2022. In five years the decline is even more evident: already in 2021 it remained just under thirty thousand ( 29,995), a quota exceeded both in 2020 (30,772) and in 2019 (32,296), the year compared to which 15.3% were therefore lost.
In 2023/2024 in the province of Bologna 4,165 hunters were registered with the ATC; in Forlì-Cesena 4,081; in Ravenna 3,823; in Modena 3,176; in Parma 2,847; in Rimini 2,679; in Reggio Emilia 2,589; in Piacenza 1,926; in Ferrara 1,529. To these we must add a total of 7,623 hunters who come from outside the region.
