“The secrets of power” is the title of Luigi Tivelli’s book which will be presented this Saturday, June 15, at Latin. The appointment is at the Cambellotti Museum at 11am. The initiative is promoted by Latina Oggi and Il Tempo and together with the author the director of Latina Oggi Tonj Ortoleva and the director of Il Tempo Tommaso Cerno will be present.
The presentation will take the form of a debate with politics and the evolution of the debate around the various forms of power at its centre. Three young political exponents of the province of Latina who hold leading roles will talk about it: the municipal secretary of the Democratic Party Marco Cepollaro, the municipal coordinator of Forza Italia Stefano Cardillo and the municipal councilor of Fratelli d’Italia di Sonnino, Alice Lazzarini.
The book is a sort of geographical map of “Power” and “powers”, through the voices of its protagonists: the testimony of men and women, usually devoted to reserve and industrious silence, who here tell their stories to show the reader the real issues, the secrets and the vices of Power and the Country. A good part of these “men and women of silence” are servants of the State, who operate within the folds of what is commonly called the deep State.
