The blanket however, it was the subject of an analysis by the manager A2A who, in this way, verified its chemical composition.
Some associations have reported the situation to the competent institutions. In particular, as reported by Paesemioiljournaledimontichiariwho posted a photograph of the foam on their Facebook profile, a member of the Fratello Chiese association warned the mayor: “He replied that, having reported the criticality to the plant manager, he declared that everything is in order, that the purifier works correctly and that the parameters appear normal“.
A2A technicians, in a report reported by the newspaper BresciaOggithey explained that the phenomenon is possible also check at certain times of the year for some physical conditions of the water. However, they ensure that there is no environmental impact: “All parameters – inform the experts – in fact they respect the legal limits”.

They also specified that, from an electromechanical point of view, the system functions regularly and the “real-time control probes give no indication of malfunction or exceeding limits“.
However, the answers did not satisfy the environmentalist volunteers: “Despite what has been stated and even though in this period, after the rains, the flow of the river is abundant, white foam continues to come out of the purifier amid the general indifference of the competent bodies who have already been notified and not even the flow of water can resolve the situation”.
