We cannot help but be extremely satisfied with the result achieved by Azione Calabria in the European Elections. Popular suffrage returns a party with clear growth, even compared to the national figure, exceeding the threshold of 4% which represents an extremely positive and promising signal for the future.
This is what the regional board of Action Calabria says, led by the secretary Francesco De Nisi and the president Giuseppe Graziano, thanking the 27 thousand Calabrian voters who have chosen to place their trust in a new, young party that has all the credentials to dictate the political agenda of the region.
The exceptional consensus obtained by the list in this electoral round is a historically significant result, being the first time that the party has presented itself at the polls in Calabria since it was established in the area. A prospective result achieved, in fact, with three service candidacies: Francesco De Nisi, Stefania Postorivo and Ramona Calafiore, who were able to earn the trust of voters with competence and dedication and to whom the entire party’s thanks go.
A result that can be considered an achievement if we consider that it was achieved in a regional political context where Action does not hold government or sub-government roles. With 27,000 preferences, this result represents a concrete expression of esteem towards our candidates, our programs and, above all, the tireless work of the party’s regional and territorial leaders. It is a vote that testifies to real politics carried out on the ground, municipality by municipality, neighborhood by neighborhood, house by house, in close contact with the citizens.
The regional secretary Francesco De Nisi and the president Giuseppe Graziano thank all the voters for the trust given, which is the result of passionate work and dedication. This enthusiasm only fuels our commitment to continue growing and strengthening. So much so that in the next few days the arrival of new mayors and local administrators is expected who will help carry forward the Action in Calabria project.
