Frasassi Consortium: competitions for graduates

The Frasassi Consortium has announced two competitions for tourism promotion workers and accountants.

Specifically, public selections involve the hiring of resources with an employment contract indefinite period.

The qualification required to access the competitions is diploma.

Interested parties have until to submit their application for admission July 5, 2024.

FRASASSI CONSORTIUM COMPETITIONS FOR TOURIST PROMOTION EMPLOYEES AND ACCOUNTANTS

The Frasassi Consortium of Genga (Ancona) has therefore announced two competitions for tourism promotion workers and accountants, to be hired on a permanent basis. Specifically, the following figures will be recruited:

• a place of “Administrative instructor responsible for tourism promotion and marketing”Instructors’ Area, to be assigned to the marketing, promotion and tourist reception area;

• a place of “Accounting Instructor”Instructors’ Area, to be assigned to the technical-administrative accounting area.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

The professional figures selected through the Frasassi Consortium competitions are asked to carry out the following activities (non-exhaustive list):

TOURIST PROMOTION OFFICER

• deals with the promotion of initiatives and events of the Consortium following the organization and participation in fairs, workshops, events in Italy and abroad;
• in the field of tourist information, it deals with processing, processing and updating of the same, their organization, presentation and dissemination;
• deals with the implementation and development of web editorial and social networks and the setting up of digital marketing campaigns;
• in the field of communication, follows the local and regional information system, assists the press and bloggers who visit the Caves and the area, coordinates the press office;
• is responsible for archiving and preserving photographic and video material;
• supervises the visit booking system;
• follows the survey of tourist flows and the implementation of customer satisfaction campaigns;
• deals with monitoring brand reputation;
• maintains relations with the Tourism Service of the Marche Region;
• prepares the data necessary for the preparation of the annual Marketing Plan;
• manages relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, Crals, associations;
• takes care of the formal investigation of procedures, acts and provisions falling within the competence of the relevant service;
• manages the Area’s correspondence;
• supervises the provision of cave visit services and ancillary services.

ACCOUNTING INSTRUCTOR

• Accounting activity, according to the qualification declaration, with particular reference to:
  – Commercial activity inventories;
  – Economic-financial accounting;
  – VAT settlements;
  – Billing;
  – Warehouse accounting;
  – Maintenance of the economic fund;
• Preparation of salaries for both permanent and temporary staff, checking monthly attendance;
• Settlement of expenses;
• Control and recording of bills and invoices from customers and suppliers, control of payments and related reminders;
• Correspondence relating to accounting activities;
• Issuance of payment orders and collection receipts;
• Maintaining relations with the Treasury as far as it is concerned;
• Completion of INPS and INAIL procedures for the payment of contributions, fulfillment of mandatory obligations, accidents, reunification of services, settlement of insurance positions, pension procedures;
• Completion of mandatory obligations towards the Revenue Agency;
• Taking care of relations with the Chamber of Commerce;
• Maintaining and updating the asset register and mandatory books.

SALARY

The gross annual salary payable to the resources selected through the competitions organized by the Frasassi Consortium is the following:

• starting salary €21,392.87;
• thirteenth month’s salary €1,782.74;
• sector allowance €549.60;
• contractual holiday allowance as per law;
• ancillary treatment as well as any other allowances, indemnities or economic improvements provided for by the National and Company Contracts in force and future or by legislation.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

Persons in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions can participate in the Frasassi Consortium competitions for tourism promotion workers and accountants, namely:

• citizenship Italian or from one of the countries of the European Union or from other categories indicated in the announcement;
• age not less than 18 years of age and not more than the official retirement age of local authority employees on the expiry date of the notice;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights;
• physical suitability for the specific job;
• not to have been excluded by the active political electorate and not having been dismissed or exempted from employment in a public administration for persistent insufficient performance or dismissed for disciplinary reasons or declared dismissed for having obtained the appointment or hiring through the production of false or null documents incurable;
• have not been convicted with a final sentence for crimes that constitute an impediment to employment in a public administration;
• knowledge of the foreign language English;
• knowledge of the use of the most widespread equipment, instruments and IT applications.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidates are also required to possess the following qualifications:

TOURIST PROMOTION OFFICER COMPETITION

• High school diploma (five years)

ACCOUNTING INSTRUCTOR COMPETITION

• Diploma in accountancy or commercial expert or equivalentor technical institute diploma in the economic sector with specialization in administration, finance and marketing;
• possession of one of the relevant degree qualifications indicated in the announcement.

HOW THE SELECTION IS CARRIED OUT

The selection will be made via the valuation of securities and through the carrying out of 2 exams: a written test with theoretical-practical content and an oral test on the study subjects indicated in the notices.

During the oral test, knowledge of the English language and the ability to use computer applications, as better specified in the announcement.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

The application for admission to the Frasassi Consortium competitions for tourism promotion workers and accountants must be submitted by July 5, 2024exclusively electronicallythrough the inPA Portal by connecting to the links on these pages:

To access the platform you must authenticate using SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS credentials.

When completing the application it is necessary to indicate your address certified email (PEC). Anyone who doesn’t have one can read in this article how to get one in just 30 minutes, from home.

A copy of the payment of the competition fee must also be attached €10.00 and the Personal CV (European format) containing useful information for evaluating professional, study and work activities, collaborations and publications and any other reference that the competitor deems to represent in his own interest.
