The disputed facts occurred yesterday afternoon, in one of the polling stations set up in the Falcone-Scauda school in via Nazionale, in the Leopardi district of the Vesuvian city.
According to what has been learned, it was the members of the polling station who noticed the irregularities and, thanks to the low turnout recorded so far also in Torre del Greco, they clearly heard the noise of the “click” characteristic of the photography function of smartphones.
At this point, the president alerted the police squad present in the school to carry out the functions of control and protection of voting operations: the police proceeded to identify the 50-year-old man and seized his cell phone , on which the necessary checks will be carried out in the next few days. The person responsible has been reported to the judicial authorities.
