Locally intense phenomena (heavy showers, local hailstorms, strong gusts of wind)“: this is what the Arpav experts report in relation to the expected weather situation Veneto in the next few hours. As regards the general evolution, in the usual bulletin we read: “From today’s afternoon/evening we will observe the passage of a disturbed impulse with widespread phenomena especially from the afternoon/evening; subsequently the establishment of a south-westerly flow with wetter currents will determine a period of variable/unstable weather with phases of widespread precipitation, more likely in the mountains, until the central days of next week“.
Today tendency towards increased cloudiness and instability during the afternoon/evening; initially scattered showers/showers in the mountainous and western areas of the plain, then progressive entry of more widespread showers and thunderstorms starting from the mountainous and piedmont areas, then from the western plain extending to the rest of the territory towards the evening, when the probability of precipitation will be medium -high everywhere. Locally intense phenomena possible from the afternoon/evening, with heavy showers, hail and gusts of wind.
According to the weather bulletin from the Arpa Veneto experts, it’s tomorrow Mostly unstable weather expected, with sunny spells alternating with clouds in the morning, and cloudy or very cloudy skies from the afternoon.
Precipitation: Local/scattered showers in the morning, more likely in the mountains; from the central hours there will be precipitation also with showers/thunderstorms picking up on the reliefs, with increasingly widespread phenomena which will also affect the plains especially in the afternoon/evening. Intense local phenomena are possible.
Temperatures: Generally, slight decrease.
Winds: Weak westerly in the plains in the morning, then variable direction, with reinforcements especially in coastal areas. In the mountains mostly moderate/tense from the western quadrants.
Sea: Mostly smooth, sometimes rough to the south.
Tuesday 11 unstable weather; very cloudy or overcast skies in the mountains, cloudy with possible partial clearings in the plains.
Precipitation: Phenomena widespread in mountain areas and the central-northern plain, and less widespread and more discontinuous precipitation on the southern plain; phenomena often of a downpour or thunderstorm nature.
Temperatures: In general, further decrease, with maximum values a little below the averages for the period.
Winds: Weak variables in the plains in the morning, then moderate reinforcements from the north-east, up to tense on the coastal areas. In the mountains moderate/tense from the southwest, then tense from the south-southwest from the afternoon.
Sea: Slightly rough, at times rough to the south.
Wednesday 12 weather still unstable, at times disturbed, with very cloudy skies in the mountain and foothill areas, and clear spells alternating with clouds in the plains. Widespread rainfall, especially in the afternoon, with showers or thunderstorms as well. Temperatures stable or slightly further decreasing.
Finally, according to the weather forecasts of the experts at HarpWednesday 13 in Veneto unstable/disturbed weather is expected in the first part of the day, then easing of cloudiness starting from the west with clearing in the afternoon/evening; probability of widespread precipitation during the night and in the morning, then easing from the central hours starting from the west. Temperatures decreasing slightly.
