“It was 25 September 2023 at 10.00, when at the Municipal Sports Field of Archi the works were delivered to the successful company for the construction of the synthetic grass pitch base. The completion and delivery times of the works were expected to be 120 days (4 months) from the start of the works”. This is what the Sports Group of the Archi District.
“Dr. Giovanni LATELLA, Councilor Rocco ALBANESE, RUP Dr. Eleonora MEGALE, Designer and Works Director Geom. were present at the drafting of the Work Commencement Report. Sergio AMADDEO and the owner of the company awarded the works”.
“The works began and until now (June 2024) they had no end, as after just a few days the successful company suspended the works. The reasons are currently unknown, and no one can give an explanation, least of all the municipal administration.”
“The expenditure necessary for the financing of the project finds financial coverage on the economic framework of the intervention called – word is entirely guaranteed by the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan PNRR, as better specified in the Final Award Determination of the contract no. 1506 of 03/31/2023″.
“The sports district of Archi, eager to restart a football team, is wondering whether the contracted works will ever be completed and, in certain respects, “vandalized” by the municipal administration, through the start and immediate suspension of the same. The neighborhood always remains confident and hopeful, in a reflection and concentration on the case by those who have the skills, to proceed with the re-start and completion of the works, applying everything in accordance with the legislation on public procurement”.
