And with what result? Going back in time to what happened last summer, the
then things did not end as the red and white president would have wanted and hoped. However, there is a distinctive feature of this corporate management and that is that Perugia’s football season, despite the interest and passion that the fans show in following the fate of their favorite team, remains conditioned by what will be decided judicially.
Therefore, if last season, every purchasing campaign remained subordinated and “justified” to the
category in which the team should have played again this summer, the Grifo fans, below
the umbrella before the first swim in the Adriatic, they will have nothing to read about Perugia going to
browse through the pages of the “rose”.
But unlike last season, the fans wanted to give a striking public signal about this
going to protest right under the President’s house, writing a letter of dissuasion to the
affiliation with the Academy of the youth sector to all affiliated companies, have public signs
banners and published press releases with clear, direct and unambiguous content: “Perugia is tired of
this uncertainty and this corporate management, we need to sell now, or rather immediately.”
But there is approval! And we don’t know when. If at the end of June or later. Damn, the approval was supposed to arrive this summer. And, fortunately, he would add someone else. Because if it hadn’t been there, who knows what the debt situation would be and, therefore, what type of corporate management there would have been (if it still would have been there).
Everything, therefore, is on hold until approval and also the most accredited to make the attempt to take over the purchase
of the company, the entrepreneur Sciurpa, according to what is rumored in the Pian di Massiano area, remains in
waiting for events.
Furthermore, what the “Giugiarelli-Formisano” duo are planning in the midst of so much uncertainty is
difficult to understand. How you can plan a purchasing campaign while living in uncertainty is impossible to hypothesize but, presumably, also to practice.
Who knows, here too we need to use a hypothetical form, what type of player we can chase
and follow in order to bring to Perugia having to first act only through cost cuts and,
probably, few (this is an understatement) investment.
In the meantime, the registration for the championship by President Santopadre would have been carried out and,
at least this news should be taken with enthusiasm, what little remains.
Not far from Perugia, in fact, in Ancona, the team was practically abandoned by its president
“foreigner” and is in danger of blowing up. View? That someone in Perugia who usually plays and practices the game of “contrary bastion” would say: “if he (Santopadre, obviously) wasn’t there, we would be playing in the third category”!
It may be true but, dear “contrary bastian”, the third category no longer exists for a while!!
