VARESE – Come back there Des Fair: It will take place Sunday 16 June from 10am to 11pm, for the first time at the Giardini Estensi in Varese. Ten years later

10 years after the last edition the provincial solidarity economy fair is therefore back. The organizes it Des, Solidarity Economy District of Varese, an association that since 2005 has promoted opportunities for collaboration and meetings with the realities that animate the solidarity economy of the area. «We have been dreaming of bringing the fair back to the area for a long time; the financial support of the Cariplo Foundation and the patronage of the Municipality of Varese – with the splendid opportunity of Estensi Gardens as the venue for the event – ​​they gave us the right energy to try this year”, he comments Marco Bonetti, president of Des Varese. «The satisfaction was immense when we saw the adhesion of 80 exhibitorsthe maximum capacity we had given ourselves.”

«For an association like ours, the organizational costs of a fair are onerous, for this reason we organized a self-financing prize draw – mainly with local products», continues the organizer. Tickets can be purchased at the stall set up today in the centre. The first prize he is a home chef for an evening. It’s about Salvatore Palmieri, the “Real Kilometer Chef”. «An expert professional with knowledge of many agricultural realities of Varese, who cooks true delights while describing the products and the territory».
