To the Holy Family ‘A heart with four hands’

The 2023/24 school year marks an important stage for the Sisters of Sant’Anna, who are celebrating 90 years of their presence in the Grosseto area. On the occasion of this anniversary, the private nursery and primary school “Sant’Anna” created a docu-film entitled “A heart with four hands”, which retraces the salient stages of the life of the founders of the Order, Carlo and Giulia from Barolo, until the arrival of the first nuns in Grosseto, called by Bishop Galeazzi, in 1933. The film, in which parents, children and nuns from the same school participated, will be protected on Tuesday 18th at 7pm in the Theater Room of the parish “Holy Family” in the presence of exceptional guests and all those who present a regular invitation. In this regard, the school would like to extend the invitation to all former students: those who wish to attend will be able to collect their entry at the school headquarters from Monday to Monday 17th from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. The screenplay of the docu-film was written by Elena Perrone who is also the interpreter together with Marco Meloni and some parents of the students of Sant’Anna. The choreographies of the school children were handled by the teachers Alessandra Citter and Samantha Musco, while the filming was carried out by Federico Giussani’s crew.
