PESARO He attacked the nurse in the emergency room of the San Salvatore hospital, then attacked the police. Yesterday the abbreviated sentence with the conviction of the woman.

The incident occurred on the night between Saturday and Sunday 21 April when a 32-year-old of foreign origins accompanied a relative to the emergency room where, for no apparent reason, she immediately became aggressive, with reactions starting from the journey in the ambulance. When she arrived at San Salvatore she became so furious that she grabbed a nurse by the hair and threw her to the ground. Not only. She had also started kicking her. It had all happened in a few moments.

When the nurse shouted, other nurses intervened to stop the woman, but in this case too the 32-year-old reacted badly. There was also a security guard at her place who then proceeded to separate the woman from the healthcare staff and call the police. But when the soldiers arrived at the emergency room, the welcome wasn’t the best for them too, with the woman continuing to rant and lash out at the uniforms.

What happened

Which is why she was arrested for resisting a public official. She was also reported for interruption of public service given that the commotion prevented the normal operation of the emergency room. The nurse, who was grabbed by her hair and slammed to the ground, then had a medical report done and her wounds were found to be healable with a 7-day prognosis. And even a carabiniere had had a few days, so much so that he took part in a civil action with the lawyer Francesca Biagioli who asked for 1000 euros in compensation.
During validation, the woman admitted the charges and apologized, underlining that she was drunk and therefore in a state of alteration. She herself has some precedents, the judge had validated her arrest and ordered house arrest with permission to go to work. But in recent weeks the police had to intervene again because the woman allegedly beat her husband, who is much older than her, so much so that he ended up in hospital. So the woman ended up back in prison.
The prosecutor for the attack in the emergency room had asked for a 9-month sentence, yesterday the judge sentenced her to 7 months and 250 euros in compensation to the soldier. She was defended by the lawyer Alice Terenzi.
