Crotone – Yesterday a day under the Tim of Catanzaro, while today the electoral cards were delivered to the Prefecture. The employees of Abraham in fact, in recent days, they collected the ballots first at the headquarters and then over two days also in Resistance Squareasking for citizens’ support.
There are 150 voter cards not only of workers, but also of citizens. As per procedure, they were canceled and then sent to the Prefecture. In recent days, in fact, a formal request was made at the local headquarters of the Ministry of the Interior to start this activity with which Abramo employees, who know nothing about their future, declare that they will not vote on 8 and 9 June for the European.
But this is not the only news today: Enosi Holding, which is the leader of Newco, and Steel Telecom, would have acquired a branch of the company from the Tim contract, which expires on 30 June. More than 200 people are expected to be absorbed by July 1st. Not good news, however, given that it is a very small number considering that the workers, in total, are 1000 and that therefore from July 1st more than half will remain without work.
It is not the only negative note to highlight given that, according to what is written in the document certifying the transfer, seniority will not even be taken into account.
What makes us think, however, is the silence of the commissioners, the indifference of national politics which even signs the document without having first listened to the reasons of employees and unions. A social bomb risks exploding in Crotone.
