The council approves the civic uses charter

CIVITAVECHCIA – The municipal council, on the initiative of councilor Paola Rossi, has taken note, after careful study, of the Territory Analysis and the Charter of Civic Uses drawn up by the state expert Alessandro Alebardi appointed by the municipality, drawn up according to precise regional criteria.

«A necessary act which, even if it is not the complete and definitive resolution of the problems that afflict many citizens and operators in the area – explained the vice president of the city council Fabiana Attig – stands as a concrete step forward and offers a clear picture of the situation on the territory and the various problems also because the territory is promptly registered in each cadastral sheet that composes it. Unfortunately, I regret the many delays that have occurred, especially in the delivery of the documents, causing the timetable that we had set for ourselves, i.e. that of approval by the Council, to be postponed. With this important act the Municipality will finally and definitively equip itself with the Cartography, after the consequent necessary approval in the Municipal Council which we hope will take place as soon as possible. This mapping of civic uses will allow the offices to issue civic use certificates clearly and quickly without citizens having to resort to certificates drawn up privately by specialized technicians. However, it should be remembered that unfortunately the central area called Tenuta delle Mortelle – concluded Attig – is excluded as it is still the subject of commissioner cases, even though it is now established by numerous and in-depth historical research that it is of a private nature”.
