The Municipality of Tivoli gives the green light to maintenance work on the pavement of the sidewalk and flowerbeds in Piazza Garibaldi at the expense of residents (CLICK AND READ TIBURNO’S ARTICLE).

This is established by resolution number 1586 – CLICK AND READ THE DETERMINATION – signed today, Friday 7 June, by the Director of Public Works Tullio Lucci.

With the act the agreement scheme is approved and the Condominium called “Palazzina Tibur” to execute public utility intervention on the sidewalk at number 18 of Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, right at the entrance to the city, so rough as to force pedestrians to walk in the middle of the road.

On 7 October 2021, when the sidewalk that runs alongside the square already had numerous depressions, the sponsorship proposal by Natalino Perna, administrator of the condominium called “Palazzina Tibur” in via Antonio del Re 12the road parallel to Piazza Garibaldi where the Public Prosecutor’s Office is located.

Last March 18, the condominium administrator integrated the proposal by presenting the executive project of the intervention on a public area owned by the Municipality of Tivoli signed byengineer Marcello Eletti.

So on Wednesday 27 March with resolution number 61 –CLICK AND READ THE RESOLUTION – the municipal council led by mayor of Tivoli Giuseppe Proietti had approved the sponsorship proposal.

The implementation of the intervention is defined as congruent with the pursuit of the Administration’s objective, namely to combat the abandonment and degradation of urban areas, and encourage their recovery and use.
