Massimo Cesarino is the new president of the Innovative Services section of Confindustria Abruzzo Medio Adriatico.
Fifty-two years old, with a degree in Economics and Commerce and a solid specialization in human resources management, Cesarino currently holds the role of area manager at Maw Spa, the employment agency of the W-Group.

He succeeds Paolo De Grandis, manager of the Pescara branch of Apra Spa, and will be supported by vice-president Giammario Cauti of the Metron Group.

The section has around two hundred companies of all sizes, located in the three provinces of Chieti, Pescara and Teramo and represents the industry of innovative and digital services for businesses, public administrations and people, associating companies that produce digitalisation and they provide services enabling the transformation of production processes, products, industrial systems and services. Various areas of activity, including IT consultancy, software, cloud, outsourcing, space services, management of technological networks, marketing and communication consultancy, as well as services for the world of human resources, financial and credit services.

The new president underlined that he will commit himself with his team, made up of an important component of young people under 40, to continue the valuable projects developed by his predecessor, such as StartImpresa and InnovAzioni, making the section grow as the cornerstone of an innovation process possible and necessary. The section constitutes a strong nucleus of entrepreneurs and managers aware of the important challenges that see business services at the center of all corporate and territorial evolutionary processes.

«The commitment will be to support all associated companies of the three provinces in understanding and fully exploiting the opportunities that new technologies and new scenarios offer us (AI, ecological and digital transition)», underlines Cesarino, «we need a broad vision and valuable insights into all aspects that are affected by these challenges. We must also prepare for a new approach to cybersecurity, through the management of people and their training, trying to exploit new ways of communicating inside and outside the company.”

The sectional assembly also elected the councilors. They are Marianna Belfatto of Sinergie Education srl, Giuseppe Campanelli of CG Engineering srl, Andrea Vincenzo Cipriani of Xera srl, Cristiano Fino of Twindigit by Cristiano Fino, Franco Iannelli of Secretel Service Srl, Stefano Perazzelli of Team Consulting Payroll and Legal Srl, Mirco Planamente of Media Plus Srl, Valerio Rosci of Omnia Consulting Srl.
The general director of Confindustria Abruzzo Medio Adriatico, Luigi Di Giosaffatte, participated in the meeting, highlighting that: «The Abruzzo economy faces a double challenge: the transition towards new entrepreneurial structures and the adoption of innovative technologies. The companies of the Confindustria system, by networking, will be able to contribute to transforming new ideas into innovative products and services with high added value, participating in the timely relaunch of the Abruzzo production system”.
