Dear Director,
I have read what Pizzetti writes about the future of Cremona and the commitments he intends to make.
Personally I would be happy if the first commitment was to change attitudes. It seems like we can see the Hon Pizzetti while he writes, scanning the horizon without ever lowering his gaze, strong in the belief that he is a sort of guru of city politics.
No one denies his immense experience but every now and then the Sun King should lower his gaze and blend into the crowd.
They would then realize that the people of Cremona don’t care at all about the power games we have had to witness in the events concerning the renewals of the Padana Acque and Autostrade Centro Padane Councils, or about the acts of fake opposition to regional health policies other than jumping on the money train that passes and throw himself on the wagon of the new hospital in the company of Bertolaso and Fontana
The citizens of Cremona see a city struggling to find the strength to restart, a city in which the center has been systematically stripped of its life due to the countless concessions to large-scale retail trade.
Cremona was sold to A2A which today thinks it will play nice and bad by trying to impose a mega biomethane plant in an area that is becoming the “garbage citadel”, on unsuitable land and whose “benefits” will not be perceived by the Cremonese if not in terms of worsening pollution.
Cremona needs its own planning that starts from the true needs of the city and not a future that bends to the interests of A2A’s shareholders or to interventions steeped in unsolicited do-goodism and patronage.
This takes place on the heads of the Cremonese!!! And so I believe I am interpreting the thoughts of many…
Pizzetti: commit yourself to being among people more, to practicing what you shout at a national level also in the club; demonstrate that the minimum wage is not just a flag by starting to apply it in the public contracts that the Municipality stipulates with cooperatives, spend on healthcare that truly responds to the needs of citizens and not on a designer hospital where there will only be room for emergencies while the area will not be equipped to respond to chronicity, stop believing that the city’s high pollution rate is a commonplace even when the incidence of tumors says otherwise.
Well, if there was a bit of all of this in your proposal to the city, perhaps you could be believed, but this isn’t the case and your ideas, your “commitment” are there to demonstrate that the interests you pursue are those of perpetuating YOUR model which brought us exactly where we are today.
But citizens today have an alternative, they can choose to change their path, they can believe they have the right to put their needs before the interests of power: they can vote for the CREMONA CHANGE MUSICA list and support PAOLA TACCHINI, finally a woman!!!! !!
