Thermal complex in Fossignano, Aprilia: the company meets the citizens for an update on the state of the art of the project, born way back in 1998. Last Monday, at the headquarters of the Fossignano Neighborhood Committee, the “Santo Stefano Terme” company met the residents of the neighborhood. The company has declared that it always intends to achieve its goal of creating a bottling plant for mineral water, thermal baths and pools with natural sulphurous water, and also a hotel accommodation facility with restaurant. The urban compensation work will also be important, which will see the construction of a sewerage purification plant, which many domestic users in the area will be able to use.
“Doctor Milva Bartolini, in her capacity as attorney for the Santo Stefano Terme Company, – explains the Neighborhood Committee in a note – explained how this project was born way back in 1998, starting to request the first permits of a long process which is still currently underway.”
“We have been working for years so that this project can one day become a reality, including service conferences, road procedures, agreements and much more. There has been no shortage of problems such as a pandemic in recent years which have significantly slowed down the progress of the project’s bureaucratic process. Despite everything, the Company has declared that it always intends to achieve its goal of creating a bottling plant for mineral water, thermal baths and pools with natural sulphurous water, and finally a hotel accommodation facility complete with a restaurant.”
The urban compensation work will also be important, which will see the construction of a sewerage purification plant, which many domestic users in the area will be able to use, thus resulting in obtaining a public sewerage system, further improving the value and decorum of the neighborhood.
Many citizens, local entrepreneurs and various neighborhood committees were present at the meeting, including that of Fossignano, Borghi Rurali and Casalazzara. “We are confident and optimistic about this project which will first and foremost be a new infrastructure with many services aimed at the well-being of the entire community. For the little we can do, we will certainly support this entrepreneurial work which will give greater prestige to the entire city of Aprilia and also to the nearby city of Ardea.
It could be a driving force for all entrepreneurial activities in the area and also for the real estate values of the land and houses in the neighborhood.
