20:38:53 The Council of State will have the final say on the construction of the Iliad antenna at Cerasola Park. The battle of stamped papers between the municipal administration and the telecommunications company over the installation of the 5G antenna in the Cerasola Park does not stop.
After the suspension signed by the mayor Carlo Marino on the initiative of the area councilor Gianluca Iannucci, Iliad appealed to the TAR, obtaining the possibility of being able to go ahead with the plant.
«Obviously we don’t stop here – clarified councilor Iannucci – with the mayor we have appealed to the Council of State to stop the installation of the antenna.
In parallel with citizens and associations I will promote a mobilization against the antenna by promoting a collection of signatures to attach to the appeal.
We are also ready for a demonstration near the antenna.”
The news of the TAR’s resolution greatly embitters Iannucci who highlights how after the revocation of the concession in via La Pira by the offices there should have been a different attitude when Iliad presented the request for the Cerasola Park.
